- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Customer Data (processed for subscribers)
Subscribers may upload or collect contact records, lead details, notes, pipeline data, appointment data, email and SMS message content, and call or conversation logs. We process Customer Data only to provide, secure, and support the Service, or as the subscriber instructs us or the law requires.

3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Power Up CRM (for example, by checking a consent box on a form or booking page), we may send you messages about your inquiry, demo appointments, account notices, and, where you have agreed, marketing about our Service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or (949) 867-6407.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, CRM and messaging infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With integrations you choose to connect (for example, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Facebook Ads), under your instructions.
- To comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Power Up CRM, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your consent or at your direction.
5. Data Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After cancellation, Customer Data may be deleted after 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Export any data you need before canceling.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Site working (for example, remembering that you dismissed a banner), keep you signed in, run embedded booking, form, and chat widgets, understand how the Site is used, and measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site and Service work. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels (such as Meta or Google ad pixels) on the Site. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (subscription and transaction history); internet or network activity (Site usage); and professional information (business name and industry). These come from you, your devices, and our service providers, and are used for the purposes in Section 2.
How to make a request: email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request," or call (949) 867-6407. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. If you are a contact in one of our subscribers' accounts, please send your request to that business. We will help them respond.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
